“T”型温度先导阀
请标明:
按表中规定的温度范围或标明你想控制的温度范围。
测温探头毛细管标准尺寸有8英尺和15英尺两种。每5英尺为一个增量,最长到25英尺。
探头形式:T、TU、TUBW、TUSW、TBW&TSW。
调节阀主阀
请标明:
D系列或HD系列调节阀。
调节阀接口尺寸或蒸汽流量。
接口形式:(BSPT或NPT 螺口,PN16 / 125# / 150# / 250# / 300# 法兰)

最小压差:10 psig ,0.7 bar
最小入口压力:5 psig,0.3 bar*
另选:
标准温度先导阀:15 psig,1.0 bar最小
低压温度先导阀:5 psig,0.3 bar最小
*温度先导式调节阀最低入口压力为 5 psig,0.3 bar。

工作原理
安装温度先导阀用以控制温度先导式调节阀的操作工况。测温探头内填充热静力感应液体以监测被测区域的温度。测温探头与温度先导阀之间由一根毛细管连接。当测温探头被加热,探头内液体膨胀并通过毛细管传递到温度先导阀上的波纹管。通过波纹管的热胀冷缩控制温度先导式调节阀的开关。
